All evidence indicates that Red Wolf functions as a paramilitary organization, thoroughly training their members to effectively carry out large-scale coordinated acts of terrorism. Structure, tactics, and discipline have seemingly turned the group into a functional unit comparable to some of the world’s best private military contractors.

It is believed that each Red Wolf member undergoes extensive hand-to-hand combat and firearm training, and is well-educated in demolition, sabotage, and espionage.
